Born in 1993 Maksymilian Wechta is definitely one of the shining stars of Polish Equestrianism. So far he has competed in more that 2100 international classes and countless national classes, winning medals in various Polish Championships.

Maks starts to ride as a child and today he is even more in love with this sport. Surrounded by the
great names and equipped with promising horses, he is steadily developing his international career as a showjumper.

As a youngster, Maks was very succesful, collecting many medals of Polish Championships. He won gold at Polish Champioships for Young Riders in 2013, he was also the part of Polish National Team at European Championships for Juniors and Young Riders. In 2013 he was 17th individually in the European Championships for Young Riders in Vejer de la Frontera.

In his first major senior start in the age of 22 at Polish Championships he won bronze. Since 2015 Maksymilian is the strong point of Polish National Senior Team. In 2015 he was competing in the Nations Cup Final in Barcelona. Last December, riding Chepettano, he won Grand Prix at the CSI3*-W Cavaliada Poznan.

From the very beginning Maks is representing Wechta Equestrian – Equestrian Centre, stallion station and breeding divison founded by his father and now driven by his older brother Aleksander. Aleksander has discovered many interesting young horses, including Chepettano. Today this horse is one of the most promising one in the Maksymilian collection. Both brothers are working together
